Mrs. Buell and her family absolutely love hiking and exploring in Colorado! Her two boys are enrolled at our Elementary campus. She was a teacher for many years and is thrilled to be our Admissions Coordinator. She strongly believes in our school’s mission to intentionally partner with parents to raise children to pursue their purpose in Christ.
Bible Verse- Isaiah 43: 1-3 “Fear not, for I have redeemed you;I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the LORD your God,the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.

She has a degree in accounting from Hillsdale College and has worked both in public and private accounting, specifically with non-profits. Mrs. Callahan loves spending time with her family, hunting with her husband and their labradors, hiking, crocheting, and reading. “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.” John 14:1-3
Business Office Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Castro and her family have been a part of the ECA community for the past seven years. This is Mrs. Castro’s 6th year helping out in the Business Office. She has four children, of which two have graduated from ECA and two are currently attending. Mrs. Castro graduated from Wichita State University with her nursing degree followed by years of staying at home before starting her work at ECA. The Castro family is very thankful for the God centered environment and education that ECA has provided as well as the community they have gained during their time here.
Care Team Director
Mrs. Galliart is the new Care Team Director for ECA. She has lived on the west side of Colorado Springs for 20 years with her husband, Paul, and two boys, Boaz and Mack. She has been a Barton tutor off and on for seven years and enjoys hiking, reading, hobby farming, cycling, and paddle boarding. Her favorite books are The Mark of the Lion series by Francine Rivers and Hinds Feet on High Places by Hannah Hurnard. Her favorite verse is Romans 8:26 which says, “Likewise, the Spirit also helps us in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for, as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercessions for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”
Elementary Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Hartnett was born and raised in a military family and continued the tradition by marrying into the Navy. After numerous moves, they transferred to Colorado Springs and now call it home. Mrs. Hartnett has been with ECA since 2006. She started as a classroom aide for Pre-K, 2nd grade, and 5th grades, taught library, and landed in her current position, Elementary Administrative Assistant, where she plans to stay! She and her husband have two children, who both graduated from ECA. Christian Education has always been a high priority for their family and ECA was by far the best fit for them! Visiting the Elementary campus for the first time, they could sense the love of Jesus and were greeted with warm, caring hearts of the faculty and staff. Mrs. Hartnett believes everyone should receive that same welcome which she did several years ago and continues to exude that same feeling as new (and old) families walk through the door.
Mrs. Holst joined the ECA staff in 2016 as a substitute teacher and volunteer in the front office before moving into her current position of Receptionist at the Secondary campus. Before ECA, Mrs. Holst was a stay-at-home mom with her four children and homeschooled for 13 years. Each of her children became a student at the Secondary campus at some point in their education career and have now all graduated from ECA. In her spare time Mrs. Holst loves spending time with her family and reading. A passage of Scripture that is a long-time favorite is Psalm 23:The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
Mrs. McClure is blessed and delighted to be a part of ECA’s team, working as the administrative assistant for Mrs. Singleton. She has been a part of the ECA community since 2021, first as a parent and now as a staff member. She has been married to her amazing husband Nate since 2006, and they have lived and traveled all over the country as a military family. They have three sons, all of whom are students at ECA, which is one their favorite schools they have attended! Mrs. McClure deeply appreciates the value of classical education, as she has witnessed her children grow deeper in the knowledge of God and watched them experience the joys of His creation as revealed in every subject of learning. One of her favorite verses is John 11:25-26: Jesus said to her,“I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
Elementary Office Assistant
Mrs. Poli has served at ECA for over 10 years in admissions as well as classroom aide in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 6th grades over that time. She is delighted to be in the office to support our principal, teachers, students, and families. Her life as a military wife deepened her devotion to our amazing country while also inspiring her to travel and learn about different countries and their cultures. Mrs. Poli is dedicated to the education and development of ECA students and is looking forward to a school year filled with the joy of the Lord. Her favorite Bible verse is: “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10
Mrs. Rohrer joined ECA in August of 2000. Prior to that she worked for the Association of Christian Schools for three years and at Mansfield Christian School in the Elementary office for five years. She is married to Paul, and they will celebrate their 50th Anniversary next April, and she was a part of his ministry in Chattanooga, TN; Hollywood, FL; Mansfield, OH and at ACSI before joining the staff at ECA. She enjoys cooking, baking, singing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is a member of Vista Grande Baptist Church and has been a part of their choir and many musicals. Mrs. Rohrer loves interacting with the students and treasures all the many friendships she has made at ECA. Her favorite verse is Joshua 1:8-9 “Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
