Now Enrolling!

How can your student be a part of the ECA family?

Contact Michelle Poli, Admissions Director, with questions or to arrange a tour of our campus, mpoli@ecaeagles.org or (719)634-7024.

Thank you for your interest in ECA! For over 40 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to partnering with parents in Christian education. Our prayer is that you will find ECA to be the right school for your family. Let me encourage you to contact us for more information about getting involved. We would be pleased to answer your questions, schedule a tour and help facilitate a student shadow day.

If you should decide that ECA is the right fit for your family, the following sequence of events will help you:

At Our Elementary Campus

  • Apply: Please fill out our 4-part application, which includes:
    • General Family Information, completed by parent/guardian
    • Doctrinal Statement, signed by parent/guardian
    • Statement of Faith, completed by one or both parents; ECA requires a written born again believer’s testimony
    • Church Reference Form, completed by someone in a leadership position at the local church you are attending
  • Schedule Student Screening and Parent Interview
    • Please telephone our elementary office with options of best days and times according to your family schedule, preferably 30 minutes before our school day starts or 15 minutes after the school day ends. Our office staff will coordinate with the principal and teacher(s) and then call you to confirm the exact date and time. Our screening and interview typically occur simultaneously. One or both parents meet with our principal or vice principal, while students meet with a grade-appropriate teacher. We implement a student screening for all students entering kindergarten through 6th grade. Screenings generally last for 20-30 minutes and cover foundational academics. The results of the screening are then discussed together as we partner to determine a plan of success for your child.
  • Welcome!
    • Upon acceptance, a registration payment and screening fee (if applicable) will be needed to complete the admittance process. Our business office will contact you regarding billing for tuition and fees. Our elementary office will request school records from the last school attended if applicable.

If you would like more information about the elementary campus, please see this letter from Pam Firks, our Elementary School Principal.
