- Kid Kapers extends the day with learning centers, creative arts and crafts, music, and purposeful play, all designed to enrich and complement the morning curriculum. The daily rate is $30 and pickup is at 3:00PM. You may enroll for the school year at a discounted rate of $3,025.
Tuition Assistance (TA):
ECA seeks to partner with families throughout this community who share our convictions for a classical Christian education. We do not want tuition to impede such families from coming to our school. Our Tuition Assistance options have grown significantly in the last several years, and we encourage you to apply. TA is not available for Pre-K, but is for the Kinder Bridge program.

Tuition Assistance Options
The typical family at ECA makes many sacrifices for their children to attend. With that in mind, we realize some families may need additional help. We are very grateful for our partner organizations and individual donors who make a private school education more accessible for several of our families. There are three primary sources of Tuition Assistance at ECA:
The Alliance for Choice in Education
The Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE) is a privately funded program, intended to provide added assistance lower-income families may need to enroll their child in a private school. Standard ACE award amounts are $3,000 for K-8 (including Kinder Bridge) and $4,000 for high school, and no greater than 50% of private school tuition. ACE Scholarships are independently administered by the ACE organization, and awards are subject to ACE criteria and eligibility requirements. You can find more information HERE. (Opens February 2nd.)
Parents Challenge
Parents Challenge empowers low-income parents with the financial, informational, and personal resources they need to choose, and actively participate in, the best available education for their children. Parents Challenge provides partial tuition scholarships and grants for children in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade. More information HERE.
Evangel Tuition Assistance
All families applying for Evangel Tuition Assistance (TA) will apply via FACTS. All three forms of TA (ACE, Parents Challenge, and Evangel) are “need-based,” although to varying degrees. While some families may not qualify for ACE or Parents Challenge, they may qualify for TA directly from Evangel. New families may apply for TA by following instructions on this page. (Opens February 2nd.)
