ECA became accredited by the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (ACCS) in 2018. An ACCS accredited school must serve families K-12, it mist meet specific classical Christian practices, it must agree with a conservative statement of faith, and is must have been in operation for 5 years. The school must comply with ACCS standards in 5 categories: School Goals and Objectives, Classical Christian Academics, Governance and Administration, Faculty and Instructional Resources, and any state mandated requirements for private schools. Evangelica Christian Academy is honored to be accepted in the ranks of being an ACCS accredited school. As such, ECA is set on a path of continuous improvement.
ECA first became accredited with Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) in 2001 at its elementary campus. In 2010, the ACSI accreditation was granted to the secondary campus, too. ECA is pleased to be accredited by ACSI, which also has it is headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado and serves tens of thousands of Christian schools on a worldwide basis. ACSI fosters continuous quality improvement while providing valuable legal, educational, and operational services to schools.
